Your order is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

All payments must be cleared before we begin order preparation and delivery scheduling.

6.1 Delivery Timeframe

Bulk orders are delivered within 2 days after full payment is received.

6.2 Delivery Areas

We deliver within Elukwatini and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply depending on location.

6.3 Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact information.
  • If the customer is unavailable at delivery time, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or handover.
  1. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of water as a consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Refunds are only offered if:

  • Your order was not delivered, and
  • We are unable to fulfil the order due to stock or operational issues.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
